Export Clerk

Receive and process customer orders, handle enquiries.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Co-ordinate domestic and international shipments, using standard shipping procedures and adhering to current regulations governing the safe transportation of dangerous / hazardous goods.

Producing relevant export documentation.

Proficient in exporting, by sea and air. Knowledge of IATA and IMDG.

Familiarity with ERP systems

Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
