Experienced Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment repair, welding, and mechanical knowledge to perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles.

MOT Tester experience is a bonus but not essential. MOT training will be provided for the right candidate. We offer both Class 4 and Class 7 MOTs.

We have a full range of up to date Scanners and workshop tools.

We work Monday to Friday only as we all need our weekends! We start at 8.30, break for 1 hour 15 mins for lunch at 1 and finish at 5.30 each day.

We work closely together as a team here at Shorncliffe Autos, with each member being as valued individually as the next and are looking for our newest memeber to join us.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and repair vehicle components
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on vehicles
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical & electrical issues
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively
- Follow schematics and technical drawings for repairs
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions

Previous experience in equipment repair and maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools usage
