Full Job Description
We are seeking a Helpdesk admin to oversee our IT support team and ensure the smooth operation of our helpdesk services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to manage the helpdesk efficiently., Analyse helpdesk performance metrics and implement improvements
- Provide IT support and troubleshoot software issues
- Manage DNS, TCP/IP, LAN, Windows Server, Linux, and SCCM
- Communicate effectively with team members and end-users
- Oversee software troubleshooting processes
Proficient in analysing helpdesk performance
- Strong knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, LAN, Windows Server, Linux, and SCCM
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and end-users
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues effectively

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
