- Manage and progress a caseload involving divorce and financial settlements.
- Provide leadership and training to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organisational standards.
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution as we transition to an ABS.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective case management and clear, empathetic communication.
We seek a qualified Family Law Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in England or Wales who is passionate about leadership and has substantial management experience. This pivotal role involves handling a diverse caseload of divorce and financial settlements, mentoring junior staff, and enhancing our service delivery as we transition into an SRA-regulated organisation., Qualified Solicitor with at least three years PQE in family law within England or Wales. - Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a legal setting.
