Experienced Commercial Officer [Contract Law & Commercial Negotiations] - Defence Sector

Lead contract negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for our client.

Review and approve contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Utilise your expertise in legal and law to navigate complex contractual agreements.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to draft sales and procurement agreements that meet both parties' needs.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with commercial agreements to protect our client's interests.

Contribute to pre-sales activities, bids, and tender documents to secure new business opportunities.

• Essential: Experience in commercial management, with a focus on contracting with the Ministry of Defence or similar entities.


• 2-3 years experience minimum


• Proven track record in negotiating contract terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes.


• Strong legal/law background with the ability to interpret and draft complex contractual documents.


• Experience in risk identification and management within commercial agreements.


• Familiarity with pre-sales processes, bids, and tender documents is highly desirable.


• Holding or having held SC Security Clearance is ideal.
