Full Job Description

Duties will include
Answering telephone / email enquiries which will include arranging quotations.
Proactively helping to grow a sales area by promoting our product range to our existing customer base.
Keeping customers informed of up-to-date prices
Building relationships with regular customers

We offer good rates of pay, which will depend on experience. Opportunities for personal monthly bonus as well as a team monthly bonus. There are no strict sales targets and very little pressure!

Are you or have you been working or have experience in a retail customer service /sales environment, and now want an office based roll?, We have a permanent, full-time position in our sales office and are looking for an outgoing person, who is motivated and keen to learn. Someone able to work using their own initiative, but also as an integral part of a small friendly team.

Experience would be preferred, although not essential, as other skills are equally important, and training will be given. Good computer literacy (our software is online & works through a browser), and competency in maths are all that is required.

Qing Cables are one of the largest distributors of Communication cables in the UK and we are looking to increase our small, friendly business to business sales team.
