Executive Assistant - Fixed term or secondment opportunity - please seek approval from your employer before making a secondment application.
37.5hrs per week Mon-Fri
An excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the NHS Derby and Derbyshire ICB as an Executive Assistant and be part of a team of Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants supporting the Executive Team.
You will be a key member of the Executive Team by enabling the Executive Director(s) to work effectively by coordinating administrative and secretarial support and will be required to work from the office at Cardinal Square for a proportion of the week.
Interviews will be held face to face at The Council House (First Floor), Corporation Street, Derby. DE1 2FS, + The post holder is a key member of the Executive Directors' support team and is expected to work flexibly to ensure high quality administration and Executive Assistant support is provided at all times, enabling the Executive Directors to function effectively and to provide and support a positive image of the ICB;
+ The post holder will be responsible for a high level of administrative duties, managing their workload and take decisions within defined administrative policies;
+ To plan and manage the Executive Director's diaries ensuring their time is utilised to full affect and ensuring internal and external meetings are robustly organised
