  • Then the new Executive Assistant at Way More Solutions could be the perfect opportunity for you!

    Working closely with the MD, Zoe, you'll help in building and maintaining administrative processes, bringing in new technologies and consistently looking at how you can help Way More continuously improve.

    Way More

    Founded in 2020, Way More is a specialist insurance broker who care about each client on a personal level. Way More was set up by Managing Director, Zoe, after personal circumstances made her realise how vital it is to have the right protection in place. After various negative experiences, she decided to set up her own firm to provide a super tailored service that does right by the client!

    Since then, Way More has grown to a team of three, with Alix as a Client Services Administrator and Ash in Digital Marketing. As a team they focus on helping each other grow and reach their goals, with their quarterly planning sessions (usually in the format of a team day out!), and through training and development.

    After a fantastic year in 2023, winning two awards; Outstanding Protection Adviser and Best Adviser 2023, Way More now has some exciting growth plans heading further into 2024!

    The plan includes this essential operations role to ensure everything is running smoothly before they look to build their team of Insurance Advisers. Due to how Way More is growing, it is likely that this role will evolve into an Operations Manager, overseeing the future admin team.

    So, what might the Executive Assistant typically get up to?
  • Being a point of contact for the Way More office, including managing the office inbox and answering the phone throughout the day.

  • Managing the team's diaries, making sure everything is set up efficiently so the day runs smoothly.

  • Working to streamline Way More's current processes and proactively looking at how to improve the whole client journey.

  • Working closely with other team members to coach and mentor where necessary, offering support and helping create innovative ideas.

  • Ensuring all compliance documentation and admin has been completed

  • Proactively, looking at implementing new technology and process such as AI into improve daily operations.

  • Taking clients through an online life insurance application.

  • Ensuring all data has been inputted and updated, and everything has followed Way More's compliance procedures.


  • This role would be perfect for someone who...
  • Considers themselves an Admin super star, with experience in an administrative position - even better if you have worked in admin within the life and health insurance industry!

  • Would say their main skills lie within creating and following processes, and in people management.

  • Is interested in keeping up with the latest technology and eager to try new ideas to keep improving.

  • Is keen to work for a small growing company, in a role that works closely with the MD, taking on the admin responsibilities so that she can do what she does best - helping her clients stay protected!
