Exciting opportunity for a mid-level Funds lawyer

u&u Recruitment Partner are working with a word-leading private investment and asset manager in London who are looking for an ambitious individual to join their highly respected team. This opportunity will expose the candidate to great work and the chance to work with high profile international clients.

• have trained at a well-regarded UK or international law firm in their funds team.


• be UK/US or other Commonwealth jurisdiction qualfied.


• have 2-5 years of post-qualifcation experience.


• will have experience and significant exposure tofunds work and particulary private funds.


• be comfortable providing legal support on the creation, structuring and management of funds (including UK limited partnerships and Luxembourg structures), preparing and drafting relevant fund documentation.
