Full Job Description

Working closely with the Head of Coffee Experience this role will be overseeing UCC's customer facing Training Academy, providing support to our sales and technical teams maximising UK and European commercial opportunities.
The Role:

  • Create and maintain a UCC European contact strategy, identifying key stake holders for sharing best practise and consulting on progress and knowledge gaps.

  • Promote UCC's quality products and coffee training resources, drive sales opportunities using the COFFEEWORKS approach to optimise customer success.

  • Take ownership for coffee education, tailoring the language to suit the customer audience, promoting best practise, efficiencies, delivering customer experience excellence.

  • Stays ahead with maintaining and developing personal coffee product knowledge and emerging key market trends.

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to build customer relationships, analyse performance, build strategic development plans and support UCC European customer execution.

  • Responsible for the management, administration, communication and initiatives linked to specific customer development plans.

  • Take an active role in the evolution and maintenance of the Coffee Works suite, and associated technology.

  • Responsible for the presentation and upkeep of the UCC's Milton Keynes training facility.

  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following agreed organizational policies and procedures.

    Proven customer facing hospitality professional with coffee experience

  • Dynamic with a passion for delivering first class customer service

  • Organised and capable of managing a detailed database / tracker

  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload in a pressurised environment

  • Confident and inspiring individual with excellent communication skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise own diary and workload

  • Confident user of Microsoft office applications

  • Flexible approach to work and hours
