Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time, on-site Estimator/Quantity Surveyor role located in Plymouth. The team member will be responsible for assisting with cost control, assisting with BofQ preparation, assisting with change management and cost planning. The team member will also be responsible for assisting in preparing tender and contract documents for procurement and supporting the business with the overall delivery of projects across the various sectors.

• Knowledge and understanding of cost control, BofQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting where possible


• Ability to read construction drawings and understand specifications.


• Knowledge of the construction industry and local building environment.


• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.


• Transport. You must be able to undertake site visits.


• Must be local to Plymouth as this is an on-site role.


• Enjoy working in the unique construction environment.


• Good communication skills
