Full Job Description

This is a rare opportunity for someone with a background in Electrical or Mechanical engineering looking for a career in the NHS.

We are looking for a suitably qualified, well-motivated individual to join a small team of estate professionals. You will assist in the efficient management of the estate, including the operation and maintenance of the Trust's hospitals, engineering services infrastructure and buildings.

You will need to combine excellent technical credentials with good communication skills. Well organised, financially aware and computer literate, you will have previous experience in M&E building services maintenance or facilities management.

Candidates should be educated to a minimum of HNC/HND or a suitable equivalent and experience in electrical or building services engineering. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to pursue a career in NHS Estates Management.
