Industry experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided. Ideally you will be able to evidence previous sales &/or customer service experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

£25,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time,

• Pay in the region of £25,000 per annum (OTE)

In the role of a Negotiator you will:

• Register Customers and carry out property matches


• Generate and conduct property viewings


• Negotiate offers between all parties


• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)


• Display excellent customer service at all times


A full UK driving license is essential.
