Full Job Description

An EOC Triage Clinician provides a robust remote clinical assessment and triage of all patients and service users who contact 999. Alongside this, our Clinicians work alongside our Emergency Medical Dispatchers and Dispatch colleagues to provide acute medical advice and guidance to ensure every patient is getting the right care at the right time.

What support and development do I get as a clinician?

Within the EOC, we have a team of highly experienced Clinical Learning & Development Officers who are committed and dedicated to ensuring our clinical workforce are continually learning and developing on all aspects of clinical practice.

Alongside this, we provide all clinicians with an education bursary to enhance your knowledge, skills and expertise. This bursary can be used to fund short-courses and or towards an official qualification such as MSC or MBA.

Depending on your career ambitions, we also offer great career development opportunities either clinically or operational leadership.

For a day in the life of an EOC Clinician, please view the following video and refer to the quotes from our team attached. https://vimeo.com/742271385/d208c6a3a1

At the heart of our beautiful and diverse region we employ over 6000 people and are supported by over 575 volunteers.

If you embody our values of one team, compassionate and innovative and are looking to make a real difference to peoples' lives, then we would love to hear from you.
