English Tutor

Grade 5 SCP 17 £28,770 FTE (actual salary term-time only £24,111)

Start Date: September 2024

Hours: 35 p/w (Monday - Friday 8:15am - 4:15pm)

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an English Tutor to join our team. The successful applicant will be required to work across the English curriculum to support students with varying needs in small groups or one-to-one. This position represents a unique opportunity for anyone who is interested in developing a career in education and the successful applicant will receive training which will support them should they wish to subsequently qualify as a teacher. We have close links to Manchester Metropolitan University and The University of Manchester with both institutions having numerous links into the profession.
