Full Job Description

You will report directly to the Engineering, Facilities and IT Infrastructure Manager and will be in charge of the following:

  • Follow-up of stock of spare parts for 3 manufacturing sites in the UK.

  • Administrative tasks related to Engineering and Facilities (purchase orders, good receipts, invoices follow up, new vendor requests.)

  • Faults logging with third party maintainers, follow-up and ensuring resolutions are completed.

  • Establishment of Preventive Planned Maintenance calendar for critical equipment.

  • Elaboration of Procedure for Production Engineers.

  • Collaboration to work on the Production lay out.

    Minimum of A-Level or equivalent

  • Have at least 2 years experience preferably in an industrial environment.

  • General mechanical knowledge desirable.

  • ERP/MRP experience desirable.

  • Organised and reliable.

  • Problem solver, focused with a willingness to help others.

  • Perseverance and tenacity to reach goals and objectives., A-Level or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

  • Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (required)

Other sites in Dudley and Middlewich are dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of educational products.
