  • Courage & Conviction, Install, upgrade, and maintain CCTV and security systems for both construction and commercial customers.

  • Carry out Installation on site as per instruction.

  • System reconfigurations.

  • System Decommissions.

  • Engage in training to ensure up to date knowledge of product.

  • Maintain and adhere to Health & Safety Regulations at all times.

  • Communicate effectively with the team, customers and third parties taking ownership of user requests and escalating more complex service issues to the relevant team member when required.

  • Plan and undertake scheduled routine maintenance checks and upgrades.

    3-year minimum experience working within a similar technical role.

  • Being self-motivated and organised.

  • Working to deadlines.

  • A logical approach to problem solving.

  • Analytical skills.

  • Communicating effectively via email, phone and in person working both independently and as a team.

  • A willingness to undertake additional responsibilities.

  • Full UK driving licence with no points or pending convictions.


  • SKILLS (DESIRABLE)
  • Knowledge of Dahua/Ajax security systems and its products.

  • Experience with planning and installing networks.

  • A willingness to learn new technologies and systems.

  • A good understanding of configuring network switches, routers, and Wi-Fi equipment.

  • Experience installing and configuring CCTV equipment.

  • A good understanding of CCTV equipment and the different types of systems available.

  • Ability to plan and coordinate network or CCTV installs.

  • Experience with alarm systems.

    Salary: Up to £32,000 (dependant on experience), in addition to performance-based commission opportunities and overtime compensation.
