Your Role

• Contacting opted in prospective customers to review their current energy tariffs.


• Providing insight and options in relation to gas and electricity packages.


• Providing a first class professional service at every opportunity.


• Full training and support will be provided

  The Consumer Helpline, part of the TCH Group, is an award-winning contact centre based in a brand new office location in Llansamlet Swansea.

We are looking to recruit Energy Sales Advisors to join our close knit and diverse family, we provide all of our staff with the opportunities to learn and grow with us. You may be surprised to know all of our Team Leaders once started with us on the phones themselves.

As we enter our biggest year of growth we will have multiple opportunities to quickly progress within the business .

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9.45am - 6.00pm

Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm

(No weekends)

Pay: £11.50 per hour (Raising to £12.00 per hour following completion of probation)
