It starts with you. We're looking for an Employee Relations Manager to support the South Region with all aspects of ER case management on a 12 month fixed term contract (covering maternity leave). You will be a strong communicator with experience in managing complex ER cases, ideally qualified to CIPD level 5 with proven experience in delivering commercially sound ER advice in a fast paced, multi-site environment. As our ER Manager you will:Advise and coach managers on all aspects of employee relations issuesAct as case manager for all types of ER cases, discplinary, grievance, capability etc.Continuously upskill line managers within the region on ERManage change projects within your region e.g. TUPE/restructuresBuild strong and credible relationships with key stakeholdersBe part of a supportive ER team to share best practice and learningsDeliver ER Training in the region, both face to face and virtually Helping you feel good.
