Full Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join and grow within our exciting Emergency Department Reception team at Northampton General Hospital. If you love working with people on a daily basis then this is the job for you!

You must have relevant years of experience working in an admin and clerical role and experience of dealing with the general public and members of staff.

You must have the minimum or equivalent of GCSE Grade C or above in English and an IT qualification is desirable. A working knowledge of the hospital systems Camis/Symphony would be desirable although training and support will be offered to all successful candidates.

You will possess excellent written & verbal communication skills, the ability to work as a team member and on your own initiative and be able to prioritise your workload without compromising attention to detail.
