We are continuously developing our technologies to meet our customers demands and finding innovative ways of working efficiently.Partner with the bestThe Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. You will develops an operational plan for own manufacturing activities of the team. They will make improvements in products, implement design changes, and enhance processes and procedures whilst applying a lean methodology.As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:Developing manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction and production toolsSupporting the Shop Floor
in troubleshooting (e.g. PCBA fault finding); disposition of Non-Conformance Reports (e.g. Rework/Return to Vendor/Scrap)Creating/Updating Manufacturing Documentation (Assembly/ Test Instructions)Supporting the Shop Floor in reducing the Standard Cost and Lead Time of a productApplying statistical analysis to identify trends and identify cause and effect relationshipsSupporting Supplier improvement activitiesFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have demonstrable experience in a Manufacturing, or Production Engineering role which includes providing Shop Floor support.Be able to analyse problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions, fault find down to component level as required.Have experience of DOE testing to determine the factors effecting inputs and outputs.Possess some Lean Manufacturing experience, ideally using Six Sigma or ShaininHave IPC Class III inspectionWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way
