Full Job Description
- Working to a programme to complete tasks within agreed timescale
- Responsible for the efficient control and progress of individual projects
- Liaising with employees and other stakeholders to give information, find information and resolve problems
- Supervising the performance of electricians and electrical sub-contractors to ensure targets, and customer satisfaction KPI's are met
- Ensuring all plant and materials onsite are as per agreed specifications and stored in a safe and secure manner
- Reading and marking up site drawings
- Completion of project paperwork for submission
- Manage all aspects of the contract in relation to H&S including RA's MS's H&S issues and team briefs
- Ensuring safe working practices complying with H&S and Environmental legislation
- Working alongside labour when not required in a supervisor capacity
- Working flexibly and when needed outside normal working hours
Highly motivated and pro-active - Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Previous experience working in industrial and commercial installations including all aspects of wiring and containment systems
- Ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner when working under pressure
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of electrical site drawings
- Good written and verbal communication skills, ·NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Electrical Installation Systems (Buildings and Structures)
- 18th Edition
- C&G 2391 Electrical Inspection and Testing or Equivalent
- ECS gold card
- SSSTS
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the electrical sector
- A full driving licence
