Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Full time)

Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, you will work alongside a bespoke and dedicated maintenance team to provide Albany with production and efficiency gains by maintaining and building upon current machine specifications whilst adding external experience.,

• Reactive electrical support on bespoke machinery used to create machine belts from .


• Repair / Improve all aspects of electrical needs on site, to include single and three phase supply, AC/DC drives, Motors, Invertors, Relays PLC's.


• Installation of new equipment / machinery.


• Planned maintenance to support our TPM structure.


• Electrical maintenance of the building. Light fitting, plug sockets, emergency lights etc.


• Working conditions:


• Working on site within a secure facility.


• Five days a week - Mon to Thurs 7.45am - 4.15pm, and 7.45am - 3.15pm on Friday.


• Call out Rota (you will be 'on call' one in three weeks).
  
  Apprentice trained, NVQ level 3 qualification


• Electrical experience in manufacturing environment


• 18th edition C&G's qualification


• Driver with ability to respond to production needs


Desirable Person Specification

• PLC programming and fault finding (Modicon/Siemens preferable)


• HMI programming experience (Citect preferable)


• Fixed installation test and inspection 2391 qualification


• PAT testing experience


• Computer literate on word, excel, PowerPoint, A-Level or equivalent (required), Electrical Engineering: 3 years (required)
