Full Job Description

The overall purpose of this role is to supervise a team to install and maintain renewables energy systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You'll also be the main point of contact on site for customers, support other trades staff and coordinate with contractors to prevent delays.,

  • Supervise a team of multi-skilled operatives for domestic and commercial renewables installations, reapirs, and improvement works.

  • Support Project Managers and Business Development Managers, plan and coordinate projects, ensuring cost-effective and timely completion.

  • Design, install and service air source and ground source heat pumps, solar thermal, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and EV charging points.

  • Maintain MCS standards, address customer issues and provide technical guidance to the team.

    City & Guilds 2357 (which replaces 2360 & 2391 or 2394/2395) or equivalent, and 2382 -18th edition (wiring regulations qualifications).

  • Experience of working as a trades operative in a customer focused environment.

  • Full driving license.
