Electrical Facilities Co-ordinator

You'll help to ensure that the IFTC site is maintained in line with statutory and Serco requirements. Part of your role will be helping to co-ordinate the repairs and maintenance tasks. You'll be engaging with contractors for works not delivered by the in-house team.,

• Co-ordination of works undertaken by in-house staff and sub-contractors to meet statutory and internal standards.


• Co-ordinate the electrical testing of installations and correct certification.


• Implement corrective actions identified in second and third party audits and fire risk assessments.


• Ensure facilities staff operate to Serco standards, health and safety procedures and the maintenance of relevant records.


• Prepare and review risk assessments and method statements.


• Prepare and update work procedures.
  
  What you'll need to do the role:



• Time served Electrician.


• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation work.


• City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspection


• City & Guilds 18th Edition (Electrical Regulations)
