Full Job Description

You will develop a business aligned vision for technical delivery of the thermal EDU system and its lubrication system. Define and protect the core body of knowledge of the EDU thermal and lubrication systems. To give technical sign off of the systems at each gateway. Lead role for developing new technologies and new applications of current technologies. Thorough understanding of both internal and external customer attribute and technology requirements. You will support task force activities to solve complex engineering problems. Understand legislative requirements and ensure compatibility. You will also be expected to teach, mentor and present internally and at world class conferences.

  • In-depth knowledge and technical expertise in all areas of EP EDU LubriCooling - this must include competitor's intelligence, physical validation testing, CAE Validation and in-vehicle strategies

  • Analytical skills including the ability to conduct complex research into new technologies and tools

  • In-depth knowledge of the forward model quality applied to thermal systems (FFA, DFMEA etc)

  • Expert in the area of Powertrain Cooling - focusing on BEV (EDUs, Inverters, eMachines, transmissions, thermal management for EDUs)

  • Expert problem-solving skills
