Full Job Description

We are an online retailer in the automotive space, we own three brands - Van Demon, NOMAD and Car Mat Co - and sell direct-to-consumer through a variety of sales channels.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative & engaged individual with a dynamic approach to join our vibrant team based in Crewe. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast moving, rapid growth business.

The role:

Reporting to the Head of Trading you will be responsible for growing your brand and its associated revenues.

You will be expected to understand the brands performance by using analytics tools and working closely with the wider team to make recommendations to drive growth. The ideal candidate will be target driven and enthusiastic about reaching business performance KPI's.,

  • Oversee the daily and monthly sales performance of your brand across multiple channels

  • Creating and optimising product listings, improving visibility of products across marketplaces

  • Measure and report on the performance of your brand across all marketplaces and assess against goals to analyse new opportunities and key growth potential

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research across product markets to identify areas of opportunity for both new and existing products

  • Tracking products and bestseller ranks to understand market movements

  • Continually monitor product performance for trends, dead listings etc

  • Liaise with the rest of the team to make sure your category is fully supported

  • Contribute to development of marketplace strategies

  • Continuously looking for opportunities to grow your brand

    Previous marketplace management experience dealing with Amazon/eBay is essential

  • Comfortable in dealing with large amounts of data and leveraging it to identify areas for improvement and optimisation

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A keen attitude to learning and self-development is important

  • Team player who is agile and dynamic, comfortable working at pace

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A strong collaborator, who works well with other stakeholders

  • Problem investigation and solving skills

  • Loves all things automotive, E-commerce: 2 years (required)
