Full Job Description

  • Hold a relevant UK Early Years qualification (e.g., Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education)?

  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills?

Willows Preschool is looking for passionate teachers with QTS, EYFS, Level 3 or 6 qualifications, ready to pioneer our evidence-based teaching philosophy, the WillowsWay. Inspired by the latest in educational research, WillowsWay is our unique pedagogy designed to cultivate curiosity, kindness, mindfulness, and resilience in young learners., QTS/EYITT/EYTS

  • Level 6 early years qualification with full QAA recognition

  • Level 3 Early years educator or equivalent


    • Experience:
  • Early childhood education: 1 year (preferred)

  • Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
