Full Job Description

This role will be an Early Years Practitioner, responsible for care and education of the children and day to day outputs of the room. Reporting to the Nursery Manager, Community Centre Manager and Tadpoles Committee.

Minimum Level 3 (full and relevant) childcare qualification is essential. Childcare experience is essential., We are looking for a passionate and energetic person to join our Nursery. Someone who is driven on building success, a professional, with outstanding Childcare skills who is an excellent team player., Previous experience of caring for/working with children 0-5 years. Requirement to have Level 3 in childcare or equivalent

A commitment to the provision of high-quality childcare and early years education.

Be able to build outstanding partnership with parents.

Willingness to undertake further learning and development.

This position is subject to a DBS Clearance, Security Clearance and Satisfactory references.

About Tadpoles Daycare: Tadpoles Daycare operates from a high quality and modern environment where we aim to deliver the highest standard of teaching and care to our children. We aim to inspire a child's imagination in surroundings that promote the importance of learning.

The position will ideally start in June/July 2024, however we are flexible to later starts for the right candidate.

This position is Monday to Friday, however we are willing to negotiate some flexibility on 4 day contracts or 1-2 days at slightly reduced hours.

We are looking for candidates for 50 weeks of the year. (Christmas Closure)

Working hours are 0800 - 1630
