Early Years Practitioner

Being responsible for a small group of key children within an established team who will offer support and guidance.

Planning activities and environment to support children's own interests and development

Level 2 or 3 Early years qualification

This is a full time position, but we would accept 2 part time staff to cover the hours.

- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine enjoyment for working with young children,

• Certificate of Higher Education (preferred), Nursery: 1 year (preferred)


• Childcare: 1 year (preferred)


• Management: 1 year (preferred)


• Nursery experience: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
