Early Years Educator

Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and programmes
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide personal care and support to children, including feeding, changing nappies and assisting with daily routines
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe and assess children's development and progress
- Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement individualised learning plans
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and incidents
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare and education to young children. - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to drive positive behavior management strategies
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a group of children in your care
