Full Job Description

As an E-Mobility Sales Development Manager for Volvo Trucks, you will have a crucial role in developing Volvo's commercial electro-mobility options in the UK and Ireland. Your role will support strategic planning whilst ensuring operational execution, driving sales growth, and establishing Volvo Trucks as the leading option for electric trucks.,

  • Develop the Volvo commercial offer to drive electric sales growth.

  • Create ready to roll offers with alternative routes to market

  • Lead electric-focused central campaigns and support packages.

  • Work closely with the Regional Business Managers and Product teams to further enhance the customer offer

  • Identify new prospecting opportunities for electric trucks and communicate them across the dealer network.

  • Collaborate with dealers and national fleet to select key customers and provide ongoing support.

  • Drive sales team competence and champion e-mobility learning through our sales academy.

  • Deliver training and support to ensure a deep understanding of our total electric offer.

  • Support the electric quoting and ordering process for dealers, resolving issues and communicating changes

  • Maintain and communicate the list of quotes, sales, and hot deals in the pipeline

  • Support specific events and projects as required, while adhering to Volvo Group UK standards.
