Full Job Description

Our Colleague Experience department is looking for an E-Learning & Training Specialist to join their team. This role will own the learning part of the Workday system and be responsible for the governance, implementation, design and maintenance of training across all Harrods business areas., As the E-Learning & Training Specialist, you will have ownership of mandatory training across the whole of Harrods. This is a really exciting opportunity to bring your learning and development experience into a brand new role for our Colleague Experience team.

The E-Learning and Training Specialist responsibilities will fall, mainly, into these areas:

Leading training deployment at Harrods - shaping training governance, approaches and solutions for Harrods.

Full ownership of the Harrods annual business-wide Mandatory Training campaign.

Partnering with SMEs to implement role-specific training.

You will be the 'go-to' subject-matter-expert for Workday Learning at Harrods, including its use, library and topics, as well as regularly partnering with the Workday team.

Designing engaging e-modules/digital learning resources that transfer knowledge and skills for mandatory training, role-specific training, learning and projects, as well as considering quality assurance.

You will have experience and knowledge of Workday Learning and have a strong understanding of adult learning principles & instructional design methodologies. You will have proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery, and have familiarity with regulatory requirements & compliance standards related to mandatory training (e.g., safety training, DE&I training, sexual harassment prevention).

You will also have:

Strong influencing skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The ability to work at pace and always think about what is best for the business.
