E-commerce Executive

In the role of E-Commerce Executive, you will work as part of the brand team focusing on a portfolio of brands, to ensure their websites, e-commerce platforms and social media accounts are performing and up to date.

A strong creative instinct with some copy writing skills for creation of content is required, along with some e-commerce/website management skills.

As there is some analytical aspect to this role, you will be required to analyse and review data from campaigns (ROI) and ensure KPIs are being achieved.,

• Manage and review a process of SEO for our websites and e-commerce platforms.


• Ensure KPIs are being achieved.


• Measure and increase traffic; key word analysis, proposal, and implementation of campaigns on our websites/e-commerce platforms and social media channels.


• Track performance (ROI) and monitor effectiveness of marketing campaign.


• Support with the management of our online development strategy to drive sales growth.


• Initiate content improvement including photography, description editing, optimisation and catalogue search.


• Manage our e-commerce platforms (product listing/initiate communication via the portal).


• Copy write posts and blogs for our social media channels.


• Manage content calendar and schedule post accordingly.


• Respond to any social media enquiries.
  
  Educated to A level or equivalent, or through proven experience of creating communications, such as blogs, articles, social media posts.


• Previous experience in website, e-commerce, and social media management and on how to use e-commerce platforms such as Amazon/Ebay.


• Keen interest in the world of "online".


• Experience of planning and activating marketing campaigns.


• Ability to monitor campaigns reporting on ROI, Adobe & Photoshop skills


• Excellent IT skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Excel


• Analytic and numerate - experience in gap analysis to make recommendations


• Excellent SEO knowledge


• Excellent content writing and graphics skills, Ability to work both independently and collaboratively; self-motivated and drive


• Positive attitude and 'can-do' mindset


• Problem solving and attention to detail


• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure; prioritising workload and managing multiple tasks
