Full Job Description
- Dealing with customers via email, social media, live chat and occasional phone calls.
- There are plenty of opportunities to develop and progress within this growing and fast-paced fashion brand.
- Empathise with our customers and who will quickly and diligently deal with any queries or complaints received.
- Resolve issues from sometimes difficult or challenging customers in a calm and professional manner.

About: Oh Polly are a rapidly growing fast fashion brand which has taken the social media scene by storm. We have a sky-rocketing following across our social media platforms and recently hit 1 MILLION followers on Instagram in October 2017. - This is a part-time role, working 18 hours across the weekend.
- You will be required to work both Saturday and Sunday with varying shifts of 7am-4:30pm and 11:30am-9pm.
- There is also overtime available to cover sickness, holidays and busier periods.
