E-Commerce Assistant

You will assist the e-commerce specialist and business development manager in maintaining the back-end e-commerce platforms by playing an important part in the success of our online presence. You will create, update & improve our listings while optimizing customer journey and assisting with new strategies.

The successful candidate will need a keen eye for detail, excellent computer skills and a passion for improving customer experience, increasing conversion, and increasing revenue.

Part of your responsibilities will include:

· Ensure all marketplaces (Ebay, Amazon & Shopify) are regularly updated with new listings.

· Update and improve previous listings based on marketplace guidelines and suggestions

· Create and maintain Amazon A+ content for our own in house brands

· Keep product filters up to date as new products are added

· Create detailed brand landing pages on which are optimised for SEO

· Improve website SEO

· Design website banners regularly keeping up to date with new products and cycling trends

· Manage social media shops

· Content creation for social media
