Full Job Description

We are small online clothes business that is now looking for another member of our team. We are looking for a E-Commerce All Rounder

It is important you are able to retain a good level of product knowledge enabling you to be successful in this role as we are a fast fashion eCommerce business

It is also essential that you maintain a presentable image and are well kept as you would be representing our brand as you may be seen on our social media content.

Role includes

  • Live Hosting

  • Back End Management (TIk Tok)

  • Customer Service

  • E-Commerce All Rounder

  • Picking Packing

  • Returns

  • Wix Back Office Management

  • Order Management

    Excellent public speaking and presentation skills. Must be confident and a conversation starter.

  • Ability to retain product information to be able to freely recap product specification throughout live hosting.

  • Ability to captivate an audience and maintain their interest throughout the live -

  • Computer Skills - Training will be given but must be easily adaptable.
