Duty Manager

Your main duties will include but not be limited to-

- Providing excellent and professional customer service.

-Being responsible for the restaurant when the GM is not present.

-Cash up and cash handling.

-Assisting with ordering and receiving of stock.

-Motivating and coaching the team.

-Conducting staff reviews.

-Maintaining a clean and 5 star EHO ready environment.

-Contributing to weekly managers meetings.

-Replying to emails and liaising with customers, suppliers and HR.

-Rotas and labour control.

-Setting and managing various measurable KPI's.

As a Duty Manager you will lead by example and set the tone for the team. You will be a natural people person with a keen eye for detail and the desire to succeed. You will be responsible for making sure the restaurant runs smoothly and will assist the general manager in the day to day running and closing of the establishment. You will also be expected to complete appropriate admin work and be commercially aware at all times, as well as contributing to all KPI's.

Previous experience of a supervisory or managerial role in a similar background is essential.
