Duty Manager

Aramark at RNLI College are looking for a full-time permanent Duty Manager to join our busy and thriving team., Duties to include:

• Greeting and being a point of contact for all guests and overseeing all food and drink service


• Ensuring all departments are running efficiently and effectively


• Managing the front of house team, recruiting, training, coaching and mentoring to provide the best customer service


• Manage till and ResDiary systems and compliance of company bookwork and stock levels


• Working within a Duty Manager team to positively steer the hospitality team through this period of change and uncertainty


• Being a point of reference for team members for customer service, compliance and Health and Safety measures

The shifts will consist of working 5 days a week (also weekends and Bank Holidays) and include a combination of early, middle and late shifts starting anywhere between 7am and finishing anytime up to 11pm or midnight. Usual shift is 8 hours (with half an hour break) and it is a straight shift (no split shifts).
