Dual Children's Home Manager - £100k Per Annum

We are seeking a dedicated Home Manager to oversee the daily operations and care services at our residential facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Residential Childrens Home Setting (EBD), with a strong background in leadership and supervising staff. • Duties:


- Develop and implement individualized care plans for the children in our care

- Supervise and train staff members to ensure quality care delivery

- Manage day-to-day operations of the home, including scheduling and coordination of activities

- Monitor children/ young peoples' well-being and respond to any medical or emotional needs promptly

- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents

- Oversee administrative tasks such as budget management and record-keeping

Previous experience in a managerial role within assisted living, nursing homes, or similar settings

- Strong knowledge of OFSTEDs practices and protocols

- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Understanding of regulatory requirements in residential care settings

- NVQ level 3 or above in Childrens residential
