We are looking for a talented Door Canvassing Team Leader to join our team at Wise Green and take your own team of canvassers to new heights.

What we look for in a team leader:

- You will need to be able to support and encourage your own team of canvassers.

- You will need to mentor your team each day and ensure they maintain consistent results.

- Training never stops!!! You will always need to keep up to date with anything and everything that can help towards your team thriving and succeeding.

- You will need to get involved in the canvassing side and set the standards high.

From £12,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, We offer a basic wage with uncapped commission.

- We offer one of the highest-paid commission rates; we offer payments per appointment sat as well as a sales commission and even an override of your own team! It does not get much better than that.

- We will cover your petrol with a mileage allowance.

- Weekly Pay with monthly sales commission.
