Domestic / Commercial Cleaner

Serra and Speller Ltd are a property maintenance and construction company based in London. We work closely with a wide range of Property Managers, covering the M25 and Home Counties.

We are currently looking for a hardworking, experienced cleaner who has an eye for detail and strives for perfection.

Must have FULL UK Driving Licence

Job role will include:

• General cleaning to the communal areas of blocks of flats and residential facilities.


• Emptying waste bins, dusting required areas


• Vacuuming throughout and mopping required areas


• Jet Washing areas (such as bin stores, balconies and paved areas) when requested


• Window Cleaning using our equipment (training if required)


• Carpet deep cleaning


• Removal of furniture items when requested


• Clear reporting back to Manager when job is complete


• Initiative to see additional cleaning works and report back to Manager
  
  Ability to work alone and take pride in their role


Previous cleaning experience over five years

Must speak FLUENT English and be authorized to work in the UK

Honest, professional, reliable and responsible

Undergo a full background check and have two good written references
