Full Job Description

An opportunity to join a company with over 150 years history but with an exciting vision for the future. Work with Document Controller and Project Manager to ensure company quality auditor standards are met, including the flow of documentation in and out of head office (drawings, tenders, information requests, etc).,

  • Implement EHL 'Core Values' within daily tasks.

  • Assist Document Controller to manage and coordinate all documents as required by the Project using the Document Control Procedure / Document Control Register.

  • Support the accurate recording of documents received from contractors, consultants and suppliers to the Project are compliant.

  • To assist in regular audits of the Document Control system to ensure full Project compliance.

  • General Administration in accordance with the role., Level 3 Business Administration course will take place in the Work Place and Training Provider (location Rochdale).


  • Allocated Off-the-Job hours/day will be agreed per week.

    Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.

    IT skills, Organisation skills, Administrative skills, Analytical skills, Logical, Team working, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4-9) Essential
    GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4-9) Desired

    £12,147.20 to £21,713.12

    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
    Minimum Wage Rates
  • Working week

  • 36.5hrs between Monday to Thursday: 8am - 4.30pm or 8.30am - 5pm. Friday: 8am - 1.30pm or 8.30am - 2pm., You could reduce your training time, or finish your apprenticeship faster, if you have relevant prior learning or experience. This could be relevant:
