Full Job Description

As a Distribution Team Member, you'll be a key part of the Supply Chain team. Your role will include the resolution of all distribution-related issues and queries in a timely manner for our internal and external customers. Communicating with our two warehouses daily and ensuring that orders are being raised and dispatched on time without fault. When challenges arise, you'll be able to use problem-solving skills to work as part of a team to find a solution.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordination - working with internal and external teams to ensure that goods are ready on time for delivery.

  • Efficiency - placing all orders in a timely manner, and contacting customers if orders are missing.

  • Communication - be the primary contact for the internal production facilities, third-party logistic partners and support in solving any issues that may arise.

  • Customer Service - interact with internal and external customers to provide updates on delivery status, answer questions and resolve any issues as they come in.

  • Problem Solving - when issues arise such as delays or changes in customer requests you will work with the team to find solutions and minimise disruption.

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a similar supply chain role, is beneficial but not required
