Full Job Description

Based in London, UK, the Director will manage marketing, sales, and ticketing for approximately 10 events annually in Europe with the expectation for that number to grow in the future.

The position will also provide strategic management and continuity between events and markets, both in scheduling and marketing.,

  • Recommend scaling and pricing for events

  • Develop and implement media and advertising campaigns

  • Collaborate with local partners to craft and execute sales and marketing strategies

  • Work with creative team to develop custom creative strategies for each market

  • Manage event planning and execution with respect to all events

  • Build and develop positive working relationships with media, business, community, and political leaders, as well as local partners, in each market

  • On an ongoing basis, continue to develop a comprehensive understanding of the culture and make up of each market

  • Work to develop and adjust strategies to leverage peek sales opportunity times and best manage challenges in the market

  • Create and analyze various reports on event sales and trends

  • Manage the ticketing and guest list for every event

  • Keep managers and colleagues up to date on all issues affecting the market/region

  • Keep current with PFL & Bellator programs, athletes, storylines and products

    7 - 10 years experience in entertainment live event marketing & ticketing

  • Experience with a major international touring entity preferred

  • In depth knowledge of UK & European markets

  • Hands on media buying experience

  • Proficient in at least one major European language

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results and hit financial targets

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Able to work professionally and effectively with arenas and ticket platforms

  • Able to work a flexible schedule and travel up to 50% of the time

  • College degree in Marketing or related field preferred

  • Strong computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
