Full Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role is a visionary problem solver, equipped with confidence and a positive mindset, ready to harness the benefits of digital productivity for businesses. With a collaborative spirit, curious mind, and the courage to innovate, you will bring creativity and a solutions-focused approach to tackle complex challenges and deliver real value in operational efficiency. As a Digital Productivity Apprentice at Toyota GB, you'll be pivotal in fostering a culture of innovation, working collaboratively with the business to develop solutions. We're seeking a proactive individual who embodies Toyota's six competencies: a team player with a growth mindset and a passion for coaching; someone who exhibits courage in the face of challenges, curiosity to explore new solutions, creativity to innovate, and a commitment to conscious inclusion., GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C / 4 or above; International applicants are required to have a minimum overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 with 5.5 in each component (or approved equivalent). Functional skills Level 2 in Maths / English are accepted as equivalent.
Qualification at Level 3 (e.g., A Levels, Level 3 NVQ etc)
Functional use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrable logical and structured approach to problem solving
Skills in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Evidence of a strong desire to learn new skills quickly within a practical working environment.
Highly organised and methodical, good listener and attention to detail
A passion for creating realistic, viable, practical, and deliverable plans
A strong communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels
Innovative mind-set that seeks creative solutions
Open to alternative outcomes/solutions
Residing in the UK and either living within or willing to relocate to within a commutable distance of our ECO HQ
