Full Job Description

The Digital Technologies team focuses on delivering and sustaining successful digital change implementation. Our primary function is to support Trust staff to use and optimise current and future clinical systems and technologies with I.T. enabled projects. Within the Digital Technologies team, you will work as a Digital Technologies Specialist with clinical services, I.T. services and our System Suppliers to facilitate and work in Projects and BAU work aimed towards implementing systems / upgrades and system enhancements, to ensure Service requirements are achieved.

Working pattern:

37.5 hours per week.

While flexible working is a part of the role, travelling to sites in Berkshire frequently to oversee projects is a must.,

  • Ensure services procedures exist for smooth day to day running.

  • Anticipate, manage and resolve issues.

  • Responsible for supporting of a range of projects / BAU work, while adjusting and adapting.

  • Develop and manage relationships with 3rd parties, implementing process and routines to enable 3rd parties to jointly deliver.

  • Ensure a smooth transfer with business-as-usual teams or BAU processes.

  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to promote and support project delivery and ensure change is embedded.

  • Carry out regular reviews to ensure staff and services have continued support.

    You will be expected to demonstrate strong IT knowledge

  • Have knowledge of Clinical systems such as RiO, Docman, Dictation Systems, Connected Care, Video Consultations etc.

  • Will have experience of working on successful IT implementations projects.

  • Ability to work to deadlines and act under pressure.

  • Ability to prioritise workload for self and other.

  • Ability to show and work on own initiative

  • Ideally based around the Berkshire area, to support frequent travel in Berkshire.
