AXA Global Healthcare's digital presence is growing, it's pivotal to achieving the business' transformation strategy. We've an exciting opportunity for a Digital Strategy Manager to own and lead the ongoing development and optimisation of AXA Global Healthcare's website and app, driving growth whilst ensuring we deliver the best possible experience to all users.,

  • Maintain and develop a portfolio of websites, including content management and implementation of campaigns, collaborating with our marketing teams to optimise all digital activity to reach relevant global audiences

  • Continuously improve the content and user experience for the AXA-Global Healthcare app

  • Lead the technical SEO activity, in close partnership with the digital marketing agency, ensure timely implementation of a schedule of SEO optimisations

  • Oversee the end to end user experience on the website, lead continuous UX optimisation and improvements

  • Support sprint planning for the dedicated development team and backlog management to ensure plans are in line to support key business priorities

  • Lead the CMS migration from CMS 11 to CMS 12 with Optimizely

  • Report on web activity, ensuring it complies with both AXA and AGH guidelines and financial promotions/ Consumer duty guidelines

  • Work with external digital and/or creative agencies to create new functionality for the website to improve the UX

  • Develop and manage direct reports in keeping with AXA's Performance Management and people development guidelines

  • Champion accessibility of the website and the app, scope will include website in multiple languages (starting with French an English)

    We're looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join the team and play a key role in crafting and executing strategies to achieve our business objectives. You'll utilise your extensive experience of content management systems to enhance our user experience., Experience in owning, maintaining and developing a content management system

  • Strong UX experience with proven track record in optimising and improving web customer journeys

  • Expertise in SEO best practices, preferable within Financial Services or Digital services industry

  • Previous experience of using a content management system (Episerver experience a plus)

  • Implementing a variety of web analytics tools, in line with a website strategy

  • Analytical with proven experience in using behavioural data to improve the website experience

  • People management experience

  • Well organised and ability to work on multiple tasks at a time

  • Worked in a global business across different countries would be a plus
