Full Job Description
- Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement Miller's digital marketing strategy to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Manage and have accountability for all of Miller's digital marketing channels and activities, including social media (organic and paid), email marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC and display ads.
- Work with other team members to create high quality written and visual content across all digital marketing activities.
- Responsible for the measurement and performance reporting of digital marketing activity against objectives, goals, revenue generation and KPIs, providing recommendations on how to maximise ROI.
- Own the development and day-to-day running of Miller's websites (including its associated companies e.g. Six Clerks etc), including content, functionality and design, providing recommendations to ensure optimal website performance and user experience.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure Miller is at the forefront of developments by capitalising on the right opportunities.
- Responsible for developing relationships and gaining buy in from key internal stakeholders at a Corporate, Geographic Steering/Practice Group and/or Business Unit level. Stakeholders include board directors, executive management and business producers.
CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing or Digital equivalent, 5 years+ experience in B2B Digital Marketing (Digital Media Advertising, SEO, Google Analytics, Data Visualization, etc.) - Experience with digital analytics; working with datasets to understand performance and drive optimization strategies and attaining measurable results through projects with ROI/CPA targets.
- Understanding of search industry best-practices with the ability to effectively benchmark keyword portfolios.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies (Google Analytics GA4, Google & BING Ads, Meta Business Suite & Facebook Ads Manager, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Bi)
- Strong copywriting skills to effectively communicate brand message, Essential:

- Developing commercial digital paid strategies for large global organisations

- Salesforce / Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Meta Business Suite & Facebook Ads Manager
