Full Job Description

As part of our marketing team, you'll be an essential part of our customer journey - from a keyword in the search engine to encouraging customers to visit one of our nationwide showrooms.
You will be responsible for managing and optimising our digital paid media channels, as well as assisting with reporting, sales, and performance analysis. In collaboration with the Head of Digital Marketing and agency partners you will implement and optimise best-in-class PPC and Paid Social campaigns to drive footfall and appointments in our showrooms.
The right candidate will maximise opportunities through PPC and Social Media channels working closely with Facebook, Google and Microsoft teams to test and launch new products in Search, Social, Video and Display.

Main responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact with digital agency partners, collaborating to develop and implement a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy aligned with overall business goals.

  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.

  • Oversee organic search efforts (SEO) to improve website visibility and drive qualified traffic.

  • Continuously generate A/B and other tests to optimize landing pages, ad copy, and user experience for maximum conversions.

  • Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition.

  • Analyse campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximise ROI.

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

    3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital acquisition strategies.

  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
